Applications for national plant variety rights and/or listing in the Netherlands and European plant variety rights can be submitted online.

This can be done via the CPVO's application module that the Board also uses for its national applications. With this module, you submit an application for admission and/or plant breeders' rights to the Board. A lower application fee applies to an application submitted online. Applications for plant breeders' rights in one of the UPOV countries with UPOV PRISMA
Do you want to submit your applications for national plant breeders' rights and/or admission online and at the same time apply for plant breeders' rights in one of the other UPOV countries? This can also be done using UPOV's online module. This module is called Prisma.

Online applications not yet possible for amateur or landraces
Online applications are not yet possible for applications of amateur or landrace varieties. These applications can be notified by sending the application forms to teamsupport@rasraad.nl
